Delanie and Josh Met over 11 years ago when they we both 14 years old. They have been dating and made it through the thick and thin of adjacent and young adult life ever since. In a romantic gesture taking place at MaKena Beach in Maui, Josh brought Delanie cliffside to search for turtles and starfish. Surround by the sounds of the crashing waves, the fresh morning breeze and a golden sun, it was here as Josh and Delanie looking off at the ocean that Josh got down on one knee and proposed to Delanie.

Delanie, a real-life Disney World princess, had her eye set on the Union Hill Inn in Sonora, California for its majestic and grand beauty. Union Hill is set up in a way that is a maze of secret gardens mixed in with private ponds, grand foliage, and surrounded by a forest that reminded us of being back in Scotland. It was the perfect place for a true fairytale wedding.

How and when you met:
my first day of high school in drama class when I was barely 14 years old.
Your favorite moment from your wedding day:
Walking down the aisle!
Interesting facts about your wedding:
My grandfather married us! One of our dogs was too nervous to walk down the aisle. Our rings were MIA at the ceremony! We have Peruvian soda (INCA COLA) for our guests in honor to Josh's heritage. My uncle played live music during cocktail hour and I got to surprise josh with kazoos and ukuleles during the set. We've been together for nearly 11 years. Homemade pies by my nana were featured for desert, along with funfetti cake and Cupcake Wars Winner mini cupcakes.
Proudest fact about each other:
We have made it through everything and seem to get stronger and life gets harder.

What advice do you have for future couples:
Don't sweat the small stuff and make sure to eat your food!!!!
