Luca Germano Is a multiple award-winning deaf Olympic swimmer who was gracious enough to share his home with us while we were visiting him in Florence, Italy. More than a client, Luca is our long time friend from the time he was visiting America during his intensive spring training a few years ago.

During our stay with him, his mother made us absolutely feel like part of an Italian family with authentic experiences in language, culture, and food. The food was amazing, including four course meals for breakfast lunch and dinner. Even the most humble of meals became A wonderful experience. Despite the multiple language barriers that we face, being that Luka is both deaf and hold Italian as his mother language,  we cherish the time we have together and the friendship we share
